Technical Support - Oracle Data Base Specialists
	Competency:
		Java Expert in Oracle DBA and Good knowledge in Redhat Linux or Solaris Environment
		Exposure to on-site Client Interaction
		Good communication skills and Fluency in English.
		Essential BE or Masters.
	Experience:
		Minimum 3 years


Technical Support - Linux, Solaris Specialists
	Competency:
		Expert in Redhat Linux or Solaris Environment with expose to Oracle Database
		Exposure to on-site Client Interaction
		Good communication skills and Fluency in English.
		Essential BE or Masters.
	Experience:
		Minimum 3 years


Technical Support - Java Application Support Specialists
	Competency:
		Expert in Core Java, Unix Scripting with expose to Oracle Database
		Exposure to on-site Client Interaction
		Good communication skills and Fluency in English.
		Essential BE or Masters.
	Experience:
		Minimum 3 years


Data Processing Associates
	Competency:
		Undergraduates - HSC PASS.
		Graduates/Diplomas - Pass-outs from any stream with no backlogs, not pursuing regular post-graduation.
		Should be able to understand English and read the scanned Images correctly.
		Willing to work in night shifts.


Senior Software Development Engineer - J2EE
	Competency:
		Essential Graduate/equivalent Desirable - BE (E&TC or Computers),MCA
		Expert in Core Java , JSP , Servlets , Struts , EJB , XML
		Good Designing, Coding and Documentation exposure
		Sun Certification - Preferred
		Good communication skills
		Exposure to requirement gathering.
		Good analytical skills and problem solving ability.
		Good knowledge of Database (Oracle , SQL or Postgres)
		Exposure to Windows and Linux OS.
	Experience:
		Minimum 3 years of relevant experience


Technical Architect - J2EE
	Competency:
		Design : UML,Design Patterns,EJB Patterns,Framework and Architecture
		Technologies : JAVA – AWT, Swings, JDBC,Networking,Threading,IO,Beans,J2EE:JSP, servlets, Jakarta struts, EJB, Java ServerFaces (Preferred),Strong OOAD concepts.
		Application Server, Linux.
		Methodologies : ( RUP / IIDP – Preferred) SDLC,OOAD,RUP/IIDP
		Tools Used: (Any one of the following) Eclipse, Jbuilder, Junit, Rational Rose/Visio.
		Servers Worked on : (Any one of the following) Webserver : Tomcat, Jrun App Server : Weblogic, Websphere, JBOSS, iplanet, Blazix.
		Platforms (Preferred): Windows , Linux – Red Hat Flavours.
		Database(Preferred): PostGres SQL, Oracle
		Essential - BE Graduate
	Experience:
		Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
